Church Visitor Welcome Poem

an oversight (or a lie?) on the Old Rite Freemasonry Noach

we never want to deal with trifles, or fall in vain polemics. But we read in an old issue of Erasmo , online newsletter of the Grand Orient of Italy, a commemoration of the lawyer Lucio Trevisan stating that they would introduce in Italy the Old Rite Noach. False.
The task of awakening the Rite (Ancient and Primitive originally said, or Swedenborg) was given by Brother Desmond to Michael Bourke Moramarco, in December 1982, in a room of the British Museum, where Bourke was employed. The Charter, then, was made out and sent to the same Italian Brother from RL "Heliopolis" No. 1 (Memphis-Misraim) in London, which guarantees the transmission and operation of awakening, which resulted in an adjustment of the rituals and the title.
After years of reconstruction work, Moramarco Noahides conferred degrees to a group of brothers, including Trevor, in May 1986. So, Trevisan - even among the top recipiendari - did not have any part in the "creative idea." That's it. Too bad that we can not talk about the wrong information, a simple oversight, for the commemoration was a person versed in the events Noahides. The only excuse is that it is a eulogy - he probably wanted to give the late Brother a role that had not.
The deposit of the purest tradition of Masonic Noachide, enriched in the last decade of new information and findings, it remains where it always was.
